$500.00 retainer
will be required to insure availability of witness. Amounts in
excess of the $500 retainer will be billed monthly.
- Reasonable
direct and out-of-pocket expenses will be charged to the client
in addition to witness fees.
- Travel
expenses will be charged at $.36 per mile or actual rental
fees, actual economy airfare, actual lodging and $50 per diem.
