Designed for those who want to ride the bike
for transportation but need a little hands on support. Licensed
instructors discuss the basics in a classroom for about an hour
and then take the participants on a ride on local roads. Time
on the bike is about three hours and the ride is designed to
cover approximately 10-12 miles focussing on different types
of roads and intersections. As much as
we enjoy the photo of the gentleman cycling to work, we do recommend
helmets whenever you are on a bicycle.
